The Asheville Art Museum, located on Pack Square in downtown, is modern architecture placed among early 20th century buildings. A work of art itself, the museum is also a source of information for visitors to this mountain town. Great exhibits, a nice souvenir shop, and wonderful staff make this a must-see stop for Asheville.

John Haldane is a published professional artist living in Asheville, North Carolina. His artwork has been featured in fine art galleries in Arizona and North Carolina and in calendars, books, and magazines. The magazines include The Scenic, the Laurel of Asheville, The Writers & Artists Quarterly, COSTCO Magazine, Wild WNC News, Camera in the Wild Magazine, and others.
