This is an old, antique sign pointing the way to the "famous scenic attraction" of Blowing Rock. Located not far off the Blue Ridge Parkway, the town of Blowing Rock is a great place to stop, spend a night in town, and see the sights!

John Haldane is a published professional artist living in Asheville, North Carolina. His artwork has been featured in fine art galleries in Arizona and North Carolina and in calendars, books, and magazines.
