Description
It is amazing how many different drums and percussion instruments you can find at the Asheville, NC drum circle. Pounding out rhythms every Friday night, 6-10 pm (weather permitting) are snare drums, bass drums, bongos, kettle drums, plastic containers, cymbals, tambourines, cow bells, and so much more! Drums from Africa, the Caribbean, South America, Mexico, and elsewhere contribute to the amazing rhythms and sounds. A combination of pencil, pen, black and white, and color come together in this piece which emphasizes the color of the event.
