Description
This is among my favorite photos from my trip. This Koala in a Tree was seen in New South Wales, Australia. He seemed to be posing for me and held this position for long enough for me to snap a few photos. He has a big, full belly or maybe she has a joey in her pouch - I couldn't tell from where I was. Shot with a 400 mm lens and cropped.
We took the Holland America cruise ship, Noordam for a 34 day Pacific Ocean crossing from San Diego, California to Australia. This trip, in which we stayed extra time in Australia, produced over 6,500 photographs. Only the best ones have been uploaded here for your enjoyment and for purchase.
