A mama Black Bear had 3 cubs. Those cubs stay with their mama for 14-18 months, until she is ready to mate again (as they do every 2 years). This younger was days away from leaving mama and going out on his own grand adventure when he stopped by my home for a photo op. I took a few photos and turned this one into a digital work of art.
