Description
Oh, say can you see by the evening's last light
What we proudly once hailed as the nation's great meaning?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars
through the world's awful wars,
O'er the Nazi's we won with our best men's lives giving?
But the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Are forgotten this night; is our flag even still there?
Oh, say will that star-spangled banner still wave
Is this the land of the free or the home of the brave?
When America started choosing federal criminals and narcissistic demagogues as their candidates for President and voted like government was reality TV, the end was inevitable.

John, Both my parents fought in WWII against crimes similar to what's going on... Senseless deaths over trade, greed & power.. Thanks for sharing this. The only question I have is this your image or CNN, this your design... ? In my mom's Vet ICU bag was a poem to me, Old Ironsides by Oliver Wendell Holmes "Set every thread-bare sail, And give her to the god of storms..." 14 more days to see if the ship will still sail & how tattered the banner.. This is my parody image. I probably should have adapted the cnn to something else.
