The uniqueness of City Hall in Asheville, NC makes this icon of the Western North Carolina a favorite sight for card, posters, and paintings. The building is one of the Art Deco Masterpieces of Asheville, constructed in 1926, and in the National Historic Register.
About John Haldane
John Haldane is a published professional artist living in Asheville, North Carolina. His artwork has been featured in fine art galleries in Arizona and North Carolina and in calendars, books, and magazines. The magazines include The Scenic, the Laurel of Asheville, The Writers & Artists Quarterly, COSTCO Magazine, Wild WNC News, Camera in the Wild Magazine, and others.
