She was missing in action last year and I feared the worst. The Silver Drummer, the living statue that comes to life when you throw a tip into her container, always drew me to the sound of her drumbeats. She was a regular, a constant in the urban change happening all around me. Downtown wasn't the same last summer; it was dreary and wandered about with no direction. But now the beat is back. I don't know about you, but this is the different drummer I hear. Follow her.
