Description
This poignant piece was created from street photography in Asheville, NC. His name was Earl Gray but everyone called him Happy. He tended a wall on Biltmore Avenue in Asheville where people would write what they wanted "before I die." When asked himself what he wanted, he smiled and replied, "I want to just be Happy." Happy died Oct 25, 2016 from cancer at age 65. Another kind-hearted soul gone too soon.

Thank you, Michael. He is called Happy - he has such a great attitude yet is poor as a church mouse.
