Two bronze pigs grace the space in front of the Vance Monument in Pack Square, downtown Asheville. These popular sculptures are a favorite for kids to ride while mom and dad take pictures. This street photo has been enhanced to created a chalk-on-concrete background from which the pigs seems to rise in bas relief. Great pieces for the children's room!

John Haldane is a published professional artist living in Asheville, North Carolina.
