John Haldane, This artwork could save taxpayers TONS of monies! Maybe all is needed is a virtual or print out of this TOTUS Wall or Wallpaper... And install into in a panorama window so he can see the WALL he built with his icon triptych headshot... His very own sort of Mt Rushmore...
