Where Are All the Unicorns?

Where are all the unicorns
You know the ones with single horns
Placed in the middle of their head
Ireland, I think I read

But people on that isle of green
Say unicorns are nowhere seen
Although they have some leprechauns
Seen now and then before the dawn

I went to Norway just in case
The unicorns liked that place
But people there thought I was nuts
No unicorns – no ifs or buts!

Germany was my next try
But people there all questioned why
A unicorn would choose their state
They didn’t know what was their fate

Russia, China, Australia, too
I didn’t know what else to do
I looked in both Americas
That wasn’t where my creature was

I really think that they are hidden
Knowing where is just forbidden
Your secret’s safe at least for now
But I’ll find out some day, somehow!
