Art Show In The Asheville Regional Airport

Western North Carolina is full of talented people, from sculptors and painters to pianists and folk musicians. At Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), we like to show off some of that creativity by displaying artwork in our own mini-gallery and throughout the terminal, and by featuring musical performances on a weekly basis.

Art in the Airport showcases the work of local artists on a rotating basis. Since the gallery opened in June, 2007, we've displayed the artwork of more than 120 artists. We invite you to visit the airport and enjoy the exhibit!

If you find something for sale in the gallery you just can’t live without, it’s easy to make a purchase, and you can pick up your treasure or have it shipped to you as soon as the exhibit ends. Contact art@flyavl.com for more information.

The Fall show begins October 1 and runs through January 3, 2014. Among the displays will be six large canvas prints by local photographic artist, John Haldane.
