I would not have known this was a eaglette if you had not told us, but then I looked at those talons of this great young raptor and remembering seeing those same talons on the adults at East Lake in Newaygo County Michigan. I have yet to see them so young as this yet. Maybe this summer, Tom and I will be able to catch them out of their nests when out fishing.
