Description
Two bears stand at a fence talking... what are they saying? Add your own caption! This cartoon drawing was done entirely on the computer using a Wacom Cintiq pen-based monitor. I drew the image as black lines on a transparent background and then colored in all the pieces. I like it and I think children will like it, too.
