Description
The city at the end of time is a surreal piece I created as a metaphor for crumbling civilization.The hourglass, of course, represents time. The peeling paint represents age. The top of the hourglass is empty, signifying the end of measured time. Inside the bottom is a rough shape of crumbling spires of a city as the last drop fall from above, creating the last ripples in time.
