Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Digital tools now allow for some interesting effects, including combining famous old paintings. Here we have "Oaks by the Sea" painted in 1835 by Carl Gustav Carus with a young couple from a painting called "The Storm" by Pierre Auguste Cot painted in 1880. Each painting was redrawn digitally as a sketch and that line drawing was then superimposed over the original painting. Then the two paintings were merged and repainted in the style of post-impressionist painter, Paul Cezanne. The result is an image that looks original but is, in fact, a merging of three styles.
John Haldane is a published professional artist living in Asheville, North Carolina. His artwork has been featured in fine art galleries in Arizona and North Carolina and in calendars, books, and magazines. The magazines include The Scenic, the Laurel of Asheville, The Writers & Artists Quarterly, COSTCO Magazine, Wild WNC News, Camera in the Wild Magazine, and others. He has had articles published in several of these magazines as well. Haldane's art is unique, created using cameras, software, digital tools, and/or paints. Haldane is a member of the Carolina Nature Photographers Association (CNPA).
