The Gray Wolf, also known as a Timber Wolf, is known by his howl. If you ever have heard it, it can make the hairs stand up on the back of your neck! Many ranchers want to kill the wolves because of losses of sheep and cattle, but at some point we have to preserve the wild and stop expanding into their territory.

John Haldane is a published professional artist living in Asheville, North Carolina. His artwork has been featured in fine art galleries in Arizona and North Carolina and in calendars, books, and magazines.
