Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

A Ruby Throated Hummingbird was captured in the trees about 20 yards outside my office window. I live on 2 acres of woods east of Asheville, NC on Bohemian Lane and hang feeders for many birds. This photo was captured using a Canon 7D camera, 400mm f/2.8 L series AF IS lens, and a little patience. The look in his eyes, the stretch of his wings and tail feathers, the glow of his green color, and the tiny new oak leaf make this the best hummer photo I ever took.
